About

Cordova Aviation LLC is a small, pilot-owned aviation company founded by David Cordova, a private pilot carrying on a family legacy of flight that began with his grandfather, Elmer R. Cordova. This site is a place to share our family's story, my own flying, and maybe a little inspiration for anyone who has ever looked up and wondered.

Want to learn to fly?

Real discovery flights are offered by flight schools with certificated flight instructors. AOPA's Flight School Finder can help you find a school near you, and EAA Young Eagles offers free first flights for young people ages 8–17. I started at 41. It's never too late.
